2025 Team Fee Varsity Boys and Girls, $1,500.00. Payable to: Sticks for Soldiers, Inc., memo note: S4S2025. Sticks for Soldiers is a 501(c)(3) per the IRS Code FEIN # 46-0962202.
REGISTRATION
We will be accepting (up to) 22 boys and 10 girls teams to register using the link provided below. All entries are timestamped, and we will notify teams as they secure their spot in the tournament. Once we’ve reached the allotment of boys and girls teams, we will make an announcement that registration is closed. Due to the limited number of teams, we ask that you only register a team knowing you have a 14 person roster who can attend, and that you can commit to submitting your full registration fee by Friday, November 7, 2025.

PAYMENT
All Team donation fees are due no later than November 7, paid by (a single team) check. As this is a once-a-year charity event, in case of a weather cancellation, team fees will not be refunded but will be donated to the honorees.

WAIVERS
We require waivers for every single player who participates in this event.
We've streamlined the process. Please follow the ’Jotform‘ link below to sign and submit the player waiver.​
Please keep in mind that we will need to ask any player who hasn't completed a waiver to sit out.
COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRTS
We plan to include the names of all participating teams on the back of the Shirt. These will be on sale throughout the event. Be sure to get team registration and payment in by November 8.
