We will be accepting the first 16 boys and 8 girls teams to register using the link provided below. All entries are timestamped, and we will notify teams as they secure their spot in the tournament. Once we’ve reached the allotment of boys and girls teams, we will make an announcement that registration is closed. Due to the limited number of teams this year, we ask that you only register your team knowing you have a 14 person roster who can attend, and that you can commit to submitting your full registration fee by Friday, November 11, 2022.
Follow link below to register your team(s)
All Team donation fees are due no later than November 11, paid by check(s). As this is a once-a-year charity event, in the event of a weather cancellation, team fees will not be refunded but will be donated to the honorees.

We require waivers for every single player who participates in this event.
We've streamlined the process. Please follow the ’Jotform‘ link below to sign and submit the player waiver.
Please keep in mind that we will need to ask any player who hasn't completed a waiver to sit out.
Teams are encouraged to raise additional funds for the cause. This “Challenge Donation” is in addition to the team entry fee. Teams that raise $1,000 in the Challenge Donation will be given 14 commemorative Sticks for Soldiers T-shirts at the information table.
We plan to include the names of all participating teams on the back of the Shirt. These will be on sale throughout the event. Be sure to get team registration and payment in by November 11.
