Fee- $600.00 per team Payable to: Sticks for Soldiers Inc, memo note, Current Year Event. S4S is operated as a 501c3 per the IRS Code

Register- Register by email acknowledgement to firstname.lastname@example.org, include your division ( V1, V2, JV), no later than November 1st- soonest if possible.
Payment - All team fees to be paid in full by November 1st, 2013 – please indicate team for insurance purposes. Those teams paid in full by 11/1 will have their name printed on the tournament T-shirts. As this is a once-a-year charity event, in the event of a weather cancellation, team fees will not be refunded but will be donated to the honorees.

Waivers/Rosters- Please download waivers and bring complete, signed rosters to the registration table on arrival.
Fund Raising – Teams are encouraged to raise additional funds for the cause. This is in addition to the $600 team entry fee. Teams that raise $1000 in the Challenge will be given 14 commemorative Sticks for Soldiers T/shirts at registration.
Team Fundraising- "Sticks For Soldiers 2013" wristbands may be ordered for additional team fundraising in October. Please contact Jim Tommins. 500 @ $1.00 ea., sell for $3.00 donation. Place order by 10/1.
Commemorative T/shirts- We plan to include the names of all participating teams on the back of the Shirt. These will be on sale throughout the event. Be sure to get team registration and payment in by 11/1.
Donations – checks to be made payable to "Sticks for Soldiers Inc. "
Game Schedule- TBA – predicated on number of teams. Scheduule will be posted by Tuesday 11/26.
Fields – Fairfield Ludlowe HS campus grounds Turf/ Grass, Roger Ludlowe Middle School , Tomlinson Middle School and Sturges Field Complex
