Sticks for Soldiers Team Information
Fee: 2016 Team FEE Varsity Boys and Girls, $1,000 per team; Junior Varsity, $800 per team. Payable to: Sticks for Soldiers Inc, memo note: 2016 S4S.
S4S is a 501(c)(3) per the IRS Code FEIN # 46-0962202,
Register: Notify by email of intent to participate by September 25th to firstname.lastname@example.org, include your division (V1, V2, JV). Teams confirmed ONLY upon receipt of team fee donations, no later than October 30th.
TEAM ENTRIES AND SPACE IS LIMITED.
Registration can also be made using the "Click and Pledge" button on the home page – note team name in address 2 line.
Payment: All team fees to be paid in full by October 30th – please indicate team for insurance purposes. As this is a once-a-year charity event, in the event of a weather cancellation, team fees will not be refunded but will be donated to the honorees.

Waivers/Rosters: Please download waivers and bring complete, signed rosters to the registration table on arrival.
Fund Raising: Teams are encouraged to raise additional funds for the cause. This "Challenge Donation" is in addition to the team entry fee. Teams that raise $1,000 in the Challenge Donation will be given 14 commemorative Sticks for Soldiers T/shirts at registration.
Team Fundraising: “Sticks for Soldiers 2015” wristbands may be ordered for additional team fundraising in October. Please contact Jeff Casucci. 500 @ $1.00 ea., sell for $3.00 donation. Place order by 10/1.
Commemorative T-shirts: We plan to include the names of all participating teams on the back of the Shirt. These will be on sale throughout the event. Be sure to get team registration and payment in by 11/1.
Donations: checks to be made payable to “Sticks for Soldiers, Inc.”
Game Schedule: TBA – predicated on number of teams. Schedule will be posted on the evening of Tuesday 11/24, no sooner.
Fields: Fairfield Ludlowe HS campus grounds Turf/Grass, Roger Ludlowe Middle School, Tomlinson Middle School, Sturges Field, and Wakeman Boys and girls club.
